I ended yesterday under my calorie goal & saw a decrease this morning. Tonight I'm ending with 3 calories to spare 😏
I had a couple of NSV's I wanted to share. When we arrived in Florida we had some time to spare before we could check in so of course...shopping! I bought a long linen shift dress on sale in a SMALL 😁 I tried another one in an extra small that fit but decided to buy just one. Granted, sizes run roomy in this store but this dress is fitted thru the top. I never could fit into a small before....no matter how big sizes were running. I rode down to my sisters' in my niece's Convertable BMW and then rode home in it. When she first bought it a couple of years ago it was so hard to get out of the back seat 😳 This time I was flexible enough to get out without too much trouble. Small victories!
I have to get labs tomorrow for my Doctor's appointment next week. Hopefully they reflect my past 6 months of "being good" and I didn't do too much damage during our week in Canada then my week in Florida. I do still have time to lose the pound I'm up from 6 months ago. I was worried....I'm up 2.6 from before the beach trip, but that's lower than my last appointment. I am aiming for that though.
I'm meeting my Sister for lunch tomorrow, too. We're going to the Japanese resteraunt by her office. I see Sushi in my future 😋🐟
Football season is back....so we're watching The Cowboys against the Buccaneers.
Hubby came in with licorice...now I'm 37 calories over. He wouldn't let me turn it down. Oh well, I don't think that will make or break me.
I've been getting my walks in but haven't done my yoga/ toning exercises. I need to get motivated again. My measurements have stayed the same.
The weather has been cooling off so it would be perfect for exercising outside. Today I got started cleaning in the house....putting laundry away, washing throw rugs, swiffering the floors, sealing up chicken thighs & breasts for the freezer, rearranging some houseplants. By the time I finished I was ready for something to eat while watching a TV show.
