You do realize 900 calories is less than what a literal child is supposed to consume, right? I don't mean to be rude but, judging by your profile, your weight loss priorities seem to be in all the wrong places. Unless you're exceptionally short, 53kg is already low enough for a person your age, 43kg is unprecedented. A BMI of 18 is quite literally on the edge of being underweight and you said "18 or less". Personally, I would not recommend losing more than 5kg at this point. You're heading down a dangerous path and, trust me, you will regret it.
