A little sore this morning from yard work. Yet the watch didn't give me much credit at all. On top of it, I somehow hit pause at the beginning of my walk last night and didn't notice until almost a mile in. Still counted steps and calories were burned nonetheless. Still sucks, but moving on.
If you're ever planning to visit San Diego for the sun, skip May. It's raining this morning. Not enough for accumulation, but everything is wet. Great for working in the yard. Side note, I love my little saw. It's a 10" chainsaw, but without the hassle of gasoline and I'm just done with batteries on things I don't use often enough. I had seen a guy using one a few weeks back, he was also trimming birds and recommended it. Need to tell him thank you.
Great walk yesterday, technical issues aside. Went to the park, sat down in the grass with the dogs and watched people, took pictures of dogs, and sky and what not. Which goes back to May gray. All the flowers are in bloom, it's spectacular.
Little experiment this morning. Added the benefiber stuff to the milk I foamed for my latte. Success! Based the thought on when we got the first fancy coffee machine at work and the "foamed milk" packet contained potato flakes and silica (yes, sand) and figured why not try it. and no, I did not drink a lot of that potato coffee stuff. why I went to aeropress at the time. Will add it again as there's no harm and no affect on taste.
Pics of pure joy in the grass. I get the best shots when I just lay down and let them do what they will. Take a walk, pet a dog, look around you and enjoy what you see.
