I finally swam again last night and it was good. Only 3 swims in March. 7 in February. February was weird though. Pretty dismal numbers if that was all I was doing. I really need to rethink the cold/wind strategy next year because my schedule just doesn't allow me to take an hour in the middle of the day from work. Fixed the current, I think I need one more notch to get where I was before I screwed it all up. Swim was good, speed was good, I got the average heart rate back up to 152, which is definitely working. 865 strokes, 14 minutes in cardio, the rest spread out, 10.6 METs. Weight today is interesting as I'm feeling bloated but the scale is down. Might hold off on breakfast and see where a cup of coffee gets me in 30 minutes. Got a padded cover for the bike seat from hell, going to try and light my lungs on fire for a twenty minute workout this morning. It seems that my work schedule has been permanently moved to start at 6:30 for at least the next couple of months. It's going to be hard, but it's a good project. I need to integrate that start time into my life, including my sleep cycles. Ugh. As inconvenient as it is, it's nothing like when I had to take the bus for an hour and a half to be at work at 5:30 am when I was a kid starting out. I don't even remember much about that job except being so happy when I got to quit. Sleep deprivation much? Always good to have those experiences under your belt to remember. Plans for the day, definitely walking dogs. It's gorgeous out. The rest? Just roll with it. Hogan hiding from his stressful day taking care of his baby. It is non-fat yogurt. One of the only things he will not share with the other dogs. WEIGHT 164.2 lb BMI 33.2 FAT MASS 67.3 lb LEAN MASS 96.9 lb WATER MASS 68.0 lb BONE MASS 4.9 lb MUSCLE MASS 91.9 lb

How do you keep Hogan’s nails so short?

Walking a lot. Normally, they get trimmed once or twice a year, but not this year.

Ah, Andrew, his love for peanut butter knows no bounds. It has to be shared very carefully. He would crush the container no problem and work past the pain.

I had a dog eat cfl bulbs once. And tuna cans. She'd chew the. Bloody.

Yup, had a friend whose dog would eat everything, including rocks. Ended tragically.

Hey Kat I love those exercise read outs you posted. Is that from a fit bit? Just wondering how to get that in my life as I move towards better fitness. Also those body comp readouts are awesome. Did you have to go to a doctor for those?

He has excellent product placement skills to boot. Still working on the holes from his teeth though. Gets too enthusiastic sometimes.

So far today, I swam my 30 minutes and then I rode the spin cycle for almost 17 minutes before the network timed out and would not come back. Since it won't let you skip ahead to where you were, I decided to walk the dogs. I am getting my seat adjusted to the bike seat slowly. Today was much better than the first couple of times. Lungs weren't on fire either. Breathing is good. Will look at stats once I'm back from walking the pups.
