I almost forgot to log! LOL. Last Wednesday's weigh-in was 114.4 lbs. I'm fluctuating even less this week than last.
I guess this is probably the time to slip in that I've stopped taking creatine since last Monday. And, it's not because I have any issue with it. However, I do take issue with "price gouging". The first kind I bought started out around $30.00 for a creatine/BCAA mix and then hiked it up to $39.99.
The second creatine/bcaa mix I bought hiked their price up from $21.00 ---> $34.00 in less than a months time!
That's ridiculous!
So, enough of the creatine for the time being. I'm still taking BCAA's. However, it's possible to drop a little water weight after stopping creatine. If I find myself back down in the 111 lb range, I'll increase cals by 2%.
Note: I'm still staggering my weekly allotment of cals, which equates to approximately 1890 cals/day

Try deleting the cookies in your browser and doing the search before logging on or just use a different browser. I do this with Amazon and others because they play games with prices.

Thanks Kat, I gave it a try but no change in price. Although, a great tip for future purchases. These 2 brands in particular have cornered the market as they're one of the few that has a BCAA/Creatine mix rather than having to buy both separately. They must have realized it and decided to capitalize. There's one other by Kodiak, but it tastes pretty bad. It's okay though, my average protein intake these days is around 135-140 grams/day. So, other than a nice pump from the water retention, I don't know that it will make to much difference :-)

Bummer. Could be a supply chain issue as well. There was a chlorine shortage this summer and the little 5lb container I always buy for $20 was selling for $165 if you could even find it. I sent a note to the supplier and they said that they were having an issue sourcing raw chemicals. It's gotten better recently, but it's still about 15% more than previously. You should email them and ask if they have any coupons. Never hurts to ask.
