Old numbers vs. new numbers. It's muscle, not fat, but I think since it's been about a year of maintaining, it's time to mix some stuff up and go for another 10%. Will check with nutritionist on our call. Explains why the shorts fall off, but the weight is holding. I need to move it along now. Some things I have noticed in our handful of hot days: my feet don't swell, I still sweat (walking), but I don't notice it as much and I'm certainly not gasping for air. I can't treadmill much anymore, I have to max out the incline to get my heart rate up to where the watch will even count it. I already know she's going to tell me to keep the calories and lift weights, I'll just need to squeeze it in between video calls. 🤪 Maybe I can do resistance bands while I'm on the calls? Since I can't be doing other work while I'm staring at the screen like an idiot.
