Another new low...going down in tiny increments 😊 I'm not really trying to lose but being down a little will be good as I spend a week out of my natural habitat. Cooking at home with occasional to go treats has made it relatively easy to keep a handle on what I'm eating. I finished out the week averaging just over 1700 calories a day.
We don't have anything especially fun I've planned today for Memorial Day. I need to pick up a couple of prescriptions at Kroger so plan to get some stuff while there. Hubby needs food for while I'm away...he likes to go simple. And I'm out of a lot of our fresh fruit & veggies for the next few days. I need to catch up the laundry, pack and make sure my outdoor plants are situated for easy care in my absense. My sisters are driving up on Wed. to spend the night and leave their car here at our house. Hubby will drive the 3 of us to the airport. I need to get some antibacterial wipes in a ziplock, gather my masks & hand sanitizer. The airlines are making an exception for liquids & allowing a larger bottle of hand sanitizer to be carried on. We found some larger bottles at Kroger last time so I'll take a look today to see what they have.
It's overcast today & looks like we might get the rain that's been in the forecast. Finished my coffee so I better get moving.
