This is a stubborn one. I think that given my somewhat tethered state, I'm going to cut back for a few days and see if that will normalize things. Muscle mass holding, blob up, which is interesting because my abdomen was definitely more prominent yesterday. I'm wearing two pieces in the pool, easier to get in and out of. Will drink more water for sure.
Swam during the afternoon yesterday, strokes were almost back to normal, pull is totally modified, and effort was more like 85%, I just can't do more yet. Current is at same speed. Need time to heal. Didn't walk dogs due to time, will get it back in tonight, I'm hoping, but swim takes priority right now. Big project this evening is to empty the dishwasher which has been clean (I think) since the weekend. It's the specific motions of putting things away that's the problem. I've just been hand-washing what I've used this week instead. In good news, the tire plug that started all this is holding as of this morning and that does actually make me happy.
