Thanks friends!! Lisa and I changed our flights and headed home from Wyoming earlier than expected, we're now in day 2 of a 14 day precautionary self quarantine (due to our air travel).

Your knee let you ski! I'm happy you got a little in before needing to go home!

Thanks Melissa, I was off the skis from Dec 3 till Feb 9th, first 2.5 weeks was Rest Ice Compression Elevation coupled with good anti-inflammatory ointment. Then started slow on rehab-physio, mostly bike work and walking, still took it VERY easy and careful on the first ski trip on the 9th and subsequent ski days since. Almost back to normal, just the odd "tweaky" moment now & again. 🗻🗻⛷

The mountain is stunning! I haven't skied since I was a teen. From my bedroom window I would see Schweizer in Idaho... I loved it so much and miss being so near the mountains. I am glad you were able to rehabilitate that knee so much. When it is time to get out your bike, you will be good to go. Next ski season will get here before you know it!
