I said I didn't care about losing more weight but now I'm thinking I should lose 2 more lbs. to 143 so my "high" weight is 145 😐 This roller coaster 🎢🎢 up & down can mess with your head. I know it's no big deal but it doesn't stop me feeling dissapointed when the scale reads higher.
Finally a sunny day so we can walk this afternoon 🌞 I had been busy doing stuff around the house, but I finished all that so the only housework I did yesterday (other than every day stuff) was a load of laundry. Just took the dogs out for a pee...that sun is deceptive....it's still quite windy & cold.
I thought I did well with total calories yesterday....logging in just under 1500. I may have been a little higher....Hubby brought me half of his burger from lunch & I ate it. I considered not eating the bun, but it was a lovely pretzel bun. It was REALLY tasty. I didn't have any snacks other than a cup of tea (no calories) & a tangerine ice pop (40 calories) after dinner. I know I'm not overeating so I'll just have to try to stay active. That will be easier in the Spring. We have a long list of house & garden projects to accomplish.
Our friends have invited us to go to the Winery tonight. Hubby hasn't decided if he wants to go yet or not. I enjoy going, so hoping he decides he's in the mood 😊
