A late breakfast, no lunch & a low calorie dinner....results 😊 Arrived home from the grocery store & by the time everything was put away, I changed my clothes, etc. it was late...only about an hour til time to start cooking dinner. I decided to have a cup of hot tea & some cookies. If I could have a few more days like that I'd probably hit my goal.
If I'm out running errands & busy I often don't get hungry. Plus in anticipation of going to the grocery store I had some ham & cheese on my half bagel instead of peanut butter. I'm looking forward to warmer weather when I'll be more inclined to be outside & busy in the gardens 😀
Yesterday's weather was rainy all day so no walk. Cloudy today but if the rain holds off we may get our walk in. Tomorrow there is a chance of afternoon snow again. We'll see. Doing some laundry & some housework on today's agenda.
