Gosh, ty you kind peeps!! I have been Feeling pouty that it is going slow, but that is the trade off for not being very restricted i suppose. Today marks the halfway mark of my 98 day/14-week challenge, and down a net 6# doesn't have me shouting from thw rooftops. But i know a) it is a heckuva lot better than gaining 6#, b) i am aiming for consistency over the long haul, and i have been consistent, and c) looking @ppl like sweedishblondie and eggroll to remind me body comp makes more difference than the # on the scale!
