Decided I was sick of salad and made a smoothie out of the salad I made for lunch. I seem to be allergic to something in it though, so hopefully I will be ok. Down a pound or so - gotta keep up the momentum and add in a walk but the rain just won't let up! Hang in there!

There is a group of women that meet everyday at our local mall and walk the entire mall together! They get to socialize and get some exercise in!

A salad smoothie, not sure about that. I do put greens in my am smoothie along with a banana etc. Lots of people walk in stores or indoor malls or a treadmill. Been raining too much here as well. today was sunny but storm encroaching yet again tonight. Kansas City metro area it doesn't want to quit long enough to dry anything out.
