Not meeting my own challenges. My sleep patterns are disrupted - stress from the cold and the cleaning I am doing for my party and cleaning up, plus just downright stubborn about not wanting to go to sleep and end the day! Joined a challenge though that should be good, 30 days of yoga and cardio.
The challenge: To clean body and increase flexibility
Yoga everyday. Journal everyday. Meditation and breathwork every morning. 500 ml of Water every morning. Sleep before 10pm. Keep it simple. Be honest and humble. Love, share and be free.
I downloaded a cute yoga pic so that will inspire me, I hope.
