going down down down...this ring of fire..lol..really feeling great to see all the loss..just got off zwift..got my ride/workout in for the day..got my laptop back yesterday..had to have it reformatted..an yes it was a chore to get it back up like i had it..but i like it so much better..have the main bookmarks set up at top of browser..so i just click a button an they come up..dont have to search thru bookmarks to find them..
on the step front..for the week...27,564..all steps..no bicycle involvement..when i ride the trainer..the phone is not on trainer..when i ride outside..then i shut counter off..i want fair steps..
for first time in long time im really focused an feeling like im on top of my woe and fitness as well..
well..today is prep day once again..gotta bake the chicken..get it done an ready for consumption..lol..
with wintry mix on way..well its probably here by now..step count probably wont be as high today..9226..doing a morning walk sure did add the steps up faster..an i want to get in habit of doing a morning zwift ride/workout an then as the morning progresses..get in habit of doing a morning walk..2 different workouts..both great workouts..
well...need to get this body up an moving..got things to do..want to get em over with..

I'm back I broke a freakin sweat gross! We did 3 miles but George beetched the whole time and it made me walk faster (trying to lose him) lol
Hate to admit but I feel better, energized! Can I go out and play now?

Proud of you for getting it done...i like that feeling you get when you push yourself..an that little voice is thinkin up all kinds of excuses..dont you feel better for getting up and being able to say you got some exercise...
