Happy 😃 happy 😃 positive monday…

I looked back thru my notes..I started the carnivore eating plan on April 23…. My month is almost here…and I’m happy eating like this for now….i see so many benefits from it…less toilet paper use for one…lol

But seriously…I’ve noticed less hair in my comb…

Positive energy and thoughts to all….
275.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
