Today begins week three of new lifestyle. Whole food, low-fat, plant-based eating. Beginning to learn more about nutrition as well. “Moving” intentionally is hardest for me. Signing up for a beginner belly dance class - sounds like fun and switch the mindset maybe. Only 9 lbs away from the lowest weight I can remember in my adult life. #goals
193.3 lb Lost so far: 10.7 lb.    Still to go: 48.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
