At hour 5 of my longest fast…4 days….my little voice inside came alive..it hardly talks to anymore as it knows I am stronger then it is…but it was talking to me anyway….I’ve been fasting for several years but the longer fasts have just increased lately…little voice..you know you could be like everyone else..eat 3 meals a day..gain the weight back..and take more meds then you ever have..and just be like everyone else here…or…you could do this 4 day fast…why are you like this Mike…good question….
