Best ab pic I could find. Really wanted better but I haven't been consistent. Four days without a DVD program, still never ordered the new program and I can't find my groove again. I'll get there. Been doing 16:8 again and dropped my cals. I've been putting the sun first and go outside almost all day. It's suppose to rain a lot this week so that'll keep me indoors. Misty, what is your routine for your abs??. right now I do 6miles on the elipticle at level 11 and speed of 7.7. 30/60/90 3 sets of crunches center left and right.
then it is of to the core ab machine 3 sets of 30 with 10lb weight, then 3 sets of 30 on the oblique machine.

Rick, I just completed Beach BodyHammer and Chisel. 60 days worth of that :-) a lot of planking: side planks, plank taps, ect I also incorporate hypopressive exercises. I'm on a total body program so not really focusing on abs per se.. Nice routine u have, is it working?? Ab pic! ;-)

Thanks Carmen I'll look into those! I just have to be more strict w my eating. I had two days of indulgences and I don't want to keep doing that. Biscuits, Singapore chicken, beers, a stupid chocolate covered banana w sprinkles a neighbor bought me that I felt like I had to eat it so not to offend the poor kid, he doesn't have a pot to piss in why the h is he buying me a freaking chocolate covered banana? W sprinkles?! Ugh. Flushed that crap out but I know I have to work harder bc no matter what, abs r made in the kitchen!

Lol chica. I actually recorded myself doing the workout and screenshotted this pic. I found my groove again and pressed play so got my workout in. 40 mins plus ten core. I feel great! Can't keep these abs if I don't carry on and I can't get more defined if I stop now! Thanks again everyone.

Thanks man! Just think, March 15 I started hammer and chisel now it's almost 3 months later. That's went by quick. Now to get to a gym. I'm going to have to just do it, separate myself from my dh and go, lift heavy and get out. I like your 3x a week mj.
