Thanks!! That's my first flower that bloomed in the yard. It beat the crocuses. I'm really pushing myself with these workouts and am ready to add some more weight. I can do 4 chin ups now and can't wait until I can do 10. I also started my other classes twice a week and do an extra 10 min workout 3x a week. The hammer and chisel program is just what I needed to become stronger. It's a lot of work on my knees though. I'm going to try a new shoe maybe that will help :-) I shall not say I'm too old for all this hustle and bustle. Added an energize supplement pre workout and found a whey isolate formula that seems to be ok. I'm having fun so that's good! Thanks again!

Thanks all :-) I had carbs tonight rice noodles of all things why didn't I get the whole wheat? Ugh oh well I'm going to have me some butter be an ice cream later too. Just have to work harder tomorrow. Cals in cals out right?! Have a great weekend everyone!

Funny, yesterday I had a vanilla shake of mega calories, and it seemed to have no effect. I'm beginning to look at what fills me up, over the amount of calories. I think it helps to find foods, that accommodate your diet outcomes. Kind of trial and error. If what you eat only makes you want more, than it really didn't help you.

I agree. Have to know when to stop. I ate 1/2 the small container of ice cream and my daughter had the other.
