OKAY :-) day 2 of the cabbage soup diet. It goes for 7 days then I might do it again, haven't decided yet. But I believe it says only go 2 times then take a 2 wk break (BUT don't go back to crazy eating!) Things are still a bit 'uneasy' with me as far as other STUFF, but I will just take it as it comes and do the best with what I have. Enough said about that. I don't want to dwell on things that upset me!
