Dropped into the next "decade" on the scale. This always seems like such a milestone! "Onederland" is on the horizon....I can see it! Gosh, it's been so long since I was under 200! Not there yet, but getting excited! Yesterday's birthday party was great. Lots of family fellowship. No cake or ice cream for me, stayed out of the bowl of M&M's too. The absence of those hateful carb cravings are such a blessing! My sweet DIL was careful to have food I could eat, so considerate of her. The grandson is taller than his granny and such a good kid. All in all a wonderful day....except my beloved Chiefs lost to the Patriots. Darn Darn Darn!!!

Okay way to speed into the passing lane on the Fat Secret highway of weight loss.
I love the way you are rockin your weight loss. You hard work and choice to change your lifestyle for good is paying off. Just keep passing your old self in that rear view mirror and put your foot on that accelerator and speed towards the new you.

And getting through the party unscathed is almost a bigger deal than the 5 lb loss! But they are both awesome accomplishments! Great job!!
