This is my day to record my weight, and I am satisfied with the loss. It seems my body is letting go of the fat very slowly. I'm going to have to exercise more if it is going to speed up. I went over 20 net carbs a time or 2, but not by much. Another successful week in the books, and looking forward to another. Had fun with the grandkids and looking forward to them coming up to the farm next week for deer season. Have a great week buddies!
