Down 1.2 on the official scale for their total of 18. the extra movement really did help. need to remember that. and remember it again. i put on a belt i wore in high school today. didn't end up wearing it as it was crying out in pain - just a little - but it's at the front of the closet now. that's kinda exciting for a friday. it'll keep me away from the happy hour tater tots "fer shur!" not worth it when i'm doing this well.
