I'm fairly happy with my number on the scale today. I've decided not to beat myself up trying to get back to the elusive 60kg. Only managed 9.5hrs of exercise this month instead of the 12 planned and only did one 5k walk instead of the four parkruns I'd hoped to. Sometimes life just gets in the way.
I don't think there's any point in tracking calories for the rest of this weekend as there's so much indulgent stuff in the house so I'll just try to practise moderation. Hoping to maintain at 62kg or below then I might try to get to 60 again maybe in May when no social gatherings are planned and I can plan better and not let the weekends get the better of me.
