ORANGE CREAMSICLE JELL-O DESSERT CUPS
Creamy, Delicious & Indulgent Dessert with 17.3 Fats and Only 1.8 Net Carbs
in a Generous 6.5-oz Serving!
NOTE: Several people have commented that, from the phone app, they cannot read recipes in Challenge Forums, where I have posted some recipes previously. So, I am posting this here in my Journal so everyone can access it. This is the NON "fat bomb" version, which uses easier-to-find Almond-Coconut Milk. If you can find cartons of UNSWEETENED Coconut Milk and UNSWEETENED Almond Milk separately, you can use 1 cup of each. (Walmart has stopped carrying just Coconut Milk in the cartons, so that's why I've changed the recipe to use the Almond-Coconut.)
INGREDIENTSHeavy Whipping Cream – 1 cup, liquid
Almond-Coconut Milk – 2 cup, Almond Breeze, Unsweetened Original
Water – 1 cup
Jell-O
Sugar-Free Gelatin – 1 large box, Any Flavor (I like ORANGE best!)
INSTRUCTIONS1. Into Pampered Chef Large Mix 'N Pour (or medium mixing bowl), pour Heavy Whipping Cream and Almond-Coconut Milk, and mix well.
2. In a 2-cup measuring cup, microwave 1 cup of water for 1-2 minutes until it comes to a full boil.
3. Immediately use wire whisk to stir gelatin powder into boiling water until completely dissolved. (Note: 2 small boxes of Jell-O are NOT equal to 1 large box.)
4. While beating milk mixture, pour in gelatin mixture and beat until fully incorporated.
5. Pour mixture evenly among SIX 8-oz containers with lids.
6. Place lid on each container and refrigerate for about an hour, or until fully set (or place in freezer for 10 minutes).
7. NOTE: These cups can also be frozen. When ready to eat, just remove lid and microwave for 25-30 seconds until consistency is soft enough to eat with a spoon (OR, let thaw on counter for about 30 minutes).
