The official scale agreed! Slighty higher due to the social expectation of remaining in one's clothes in public. As long as we're sharing plastic chairs, I think we're all okay with that.
So, what's changed. I've lost 7.9lbs of fat. I actually gained .5lb of lean muscle tissue. That's great, because they had no expectations there. I've only been doing this program 6 weeks and I have gone from only fitting in a size 14 jacket to wearing a size 10 this morning and I'm wearing some pants that are a large 10 on me. All good there.
I forgot to bring my food journal, but as I told the counselor, as long as it's moving, I'm really not inclined to cheat and I know what I want with this one. Life is good, happy Friday!
