Turns out cleaning out the fridge is a big help in resisting candy and cakes. Working with the trainer is going well, he's over 70 so he doesn't listen to any excuses. Using a measuring device like fitbit and I figured out that the dancing I go to is equivalent to my weight lifting routine in raising heartrate and burning calories, so that is a fun addition to a fun activity. Gotta up the amount of water I am drinking, because I found that I get dehydrated when I cut food volume. Have a great day buddies!
