I would like to say I'm in the zone but I am I proceeding cautiously as I have a processed carb addiction and I struggle with it often. At the moment a square of dark chocolate spread with almond butter and coconut oil sprinkled with sea salt and cinnamon is really, really help managing these addictions.
I am building a pullup station for my lower level based on the ceiling heights and I ordered pull up assist bands from Amazon that is being delivered tomorrow. I wanted to start working on my upper body as I cross over to Onederland and having this will help plug into some of my 2017 goals: 25 unassisted pull ups, 25 unassisted chin ups (You have to be total BEAST to pull off that amount of reps over the age of 47)
Onederland.... I am coming for you!!!
