Today's weigh in DOES NOT consitute a weight loss. I am at the same weight as I was in the beginning of the month.
10/1 - 10/5 Avgerages: Fat 115.36, Net Carb 58.12, Cal 1839.6 10/6 - 10/10 Avgerages: Fat 98.37, Net Carb 81.06, Cal 1773.4 10/11 - 10/15 Avgerages: Fat 95.90, Net Carb 70.84, Cal 1811.8
10/1 - 10/15 Avgerages: Fat 103.21, Net Carb 70.01, Cal 1808.26
The only time the weight came down so far this month is when I dropped my net carbs to an average of 58.12 (10/1 - 10/5) - [I am supposed to be at net carb avg of 36 but I've been slacking or experimenting however you want to look at it]
I will not drop my calories lower than 1800 on a average or else I may loose it. I do remeber however, that after a few low consecutive carb days, I was satisifed with my food intake and found it hard to eat some meals.
Enough is enough. I had my foot on both the brake and gas for 15 days now and it's time to take it off the brakes.
Here I go!!!

I know you'll rock it Ches, I've gone up to 30 carbs or close to 20 net carbs a day and it is a delicate balancing act as I lower my carbs my calories seem to go up, I'm getting a handle on that. However, I do find if I keep my carbs low, fat up and calories under 1800 a day my appetite slows and I do have trouble finishing big meals, well what I consider a big meal now, which was not anything close to what I could put away before I started all of this....lol - cheers brother - you got this

I'm curious to see whether you get into fat bombs...because yours would kick mine, and then I would steal your ideas. Love the way you're transitioning down sanely, and keeping your metabolism stoked.

Thanks Dollface, T8U9 & John. @T8U9, I need to make these fat bombs over the weekend and store these in the fridge to consume during the week. I am sure they would help plenty especially in the evenings when things usually go downhill.

Ches, the fat bombs are GREAT at satisfying a "sweet tooth" or "mind hunger" situation. The ones I make have an almost dark choclate flavor, and like anything else, once you get going with them (if you like them), they'll work great as a quick snack. That's what I made them for, not to bump my fat intake necessarily.
