Morning y'all.Hope everyone is doing well. Just did a 30 minute workout with my kettlebells , felt really good 👍. These are awesome tools for your arsenal. The calorie burn 🔥is tremendous. Recommended it weights are something you're into.😎

859 When I first started I bought a 3 kettlebell set off Amazon. 5,10,15 pound.( The 5 pounder is worthless, well does make a great paperweight 😸 ), I started with the 15 and watched YouTube videos on different exercises. I did them on some days instead of weights. Started low reps , multiple sets. Found that as my body got used to it,I was increasing reps. I fell in love with them and decided to increase, this a problem. The first set very compact and vinyl coated, (we have wood floors in the condo and I have very limited space for equipment storage. Combination workout/craft/office area ) So I searched for what is called a soft kettlebell. Again my friend Amazon carries Bodyfitness and I bought a 25lb. I use it and the 15 lb. Have been increasing the number of reps. No space for another and they can add up 💰. My goal is to tone and it's doing just that.Hope this helps.

So weights ( dumbbell and weighted ball ) , kettlebell, stability ball, bodyweight exercises, walking 🚶. That's my regime right now.

fantastic! I stopped walking when instated logging close to10,000 steps at my part time job.
I've been getting in some bodyweight workouts but have an eye on eventually lifting freeweights. Before that I thought kettle bell routine would be just the thing once I need more th an bodyweight. posterior chain and abs especially. goblet squats and well I imagine the variations are endless. maybe ill check craigslist or other online means, there's always Amazon if not ;)
