So I started dieting at 201 but weighed in naked. I now weigh in clothed so its about 2 lbs off maybe and then at Publix fully dressed (hopefully! lol!) I am 4 lbs more...anyone know if the health dept site has "healthy weight" naked or dressed?

I shop in the Hernando, Florida Publix October to April. I'll be watching the scale in the lobby. I literally can't 'weight' to LMAO 😂 next time I see someone weighing in and think of this post.
