I have been on the intermittent fast called 16-8 not eating for 16 hours after dinner going to sleep and then eating lunch with no breakfast,since last Friday, thought I would not ever be able to do a FAST, I call it a FATTY FAST!!..then I have a 8 hour window to eat my calories,last night after gym I really was not even hungry, that was a First for me, long as I have my coffee, if I'm hungry I will eat, if not I won't eat..Working in restaurants, I'm Always surrounded by tempting treats,Just need to stay out of bake shops ?? I will see this Friday what happens when I jump, ( well maybe not jump) on the scales, This coming Monday I have a Gourmet dinner to go to in West Palm Beach with the West Palm Beach Chefs Association of which I'm a member, hopefully I know it will be extremely tempting !!!And my Journey goes on !!!
