Adding cardio back into the mix starting this week. Planet fitness with the wife on Wednesdays and speed rope on the weekends.
Current calories and macros:
2500 calories 185g protein 300g carbs 65g fats
losing just under a pound per week weight training only. Cardio should kick me up over 1 pound per week.
Note: as a power lifter I am able to eat IIFYM and still lose weight. This type of diet definitely does not work for everyone. Therefore I would not recommend following my calorie and macronutrient targets.
