Happy Hump Day. I made a PERFECT lunch last night when I got home from work to bring to the office today, put it the fridge, took it out this morning and guess what? Left it on the dining room table. UUGH!!!
Oh well, time to eat 3000 calories because I am depressed about this slip up.
No way! txted wife during my commute in before I took a nap ( my commute is a minimum of 1.5 hours ) and asked her to put it back in the fridge before heading off to school. As soon as I got in the office. Went into my FS food log and saved my lunch as my dinner and checked my drawer, yup I have a nutrition shake in there that I will have for lunch instead.
I got this. Dinner will be AWESOME!!!!

Thanks all. I had some frozen veggies in the fridge that I nuked and put some butter, salt and pepper on it. Yummy. Heading out for a 45 min walk now to burn some calories and will return to some black coffee and my shake around 2:30 PM I turned a potentially bad lunch to a GREAT one. Making it count!!!!
