Yesterday I started a class called Body Pump. Weight lifting with aerobics. Today, of course, ouch. But my trainer is very proud of me. We are moving me to more gym time and less personal trainer time, and that is good. Since my trainer has set a date to get back to his home in Arizona, he has been making sure that my transition to working on my own is smooth and productive. Down 16 pounds and I realize I can clean out a whole drawer of pants to make way for new ones. Having a hard time getting in the early walks but my administrative assistant is still gung ho and gets me going most days (if she can catch me in the office instead of in my hideout avoiding her!).
