First day back at work after being off for four glorious days. However, to be honest, I had to come back to work to recuperate. Vacation days are exhausting! I am sore in places that I am pretty sure weren't there before. I didn't get up in time to run this morning, so I am hoping to get er done tonight so I don't fall behind. Held my own, with regard to weight, in spite of a wonderful Veterans Day dinner and a little binge eating with ice cream one night. Hey, nobody's perfect! :) Well, most of us aren't. It will probably take me forever to put it together, but my Endless Pool arrived yesterday. I love to swim, and I know how much better shape my upper body was when I was swimming laps regularly. I want to get to the point where I alternate days with swimming and running. I am pretty sure I will have more friends after I get the pool up and running.
