My scale is passive aggressive, it goes from 162.2 to 163 within 2 minutes so I'll go with the latter. I usually eat over 50% fat so I don't get cravings. So very glad all my effort is still paying off. One conscious choice at a time.

My scale does that, too, sometimes. It doesn't make sense!

Eating fat really does help with weight loss. I try to eat avocados every day.

Thanks for the feedback, always nice to know I'm never alone on this journey. Bittersweet, I got some exercise getting on and off the scale for 20 minutes. May need to add scale stepping to the exercise list!

I never stand on my scales for two minutes to see what it does. On - disgusted - off, that's me. Great loss though.

HAHA sounds like me on the scale. I would hate to have a voice-activated scale... especially if it responded "one at a time, please." :(
