I need to move more. It has to be super light though.

"I'd rather suffer the pain of discipline than suffer the pain of regret." Love that one!

the more you move...the easier it gets..

OMG, just walked by Five guys burger joint and I thought of a bacon, 2 eggs, 1 beef patty with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions and mushrooms as a little snack because I am doing sooo well and then thought to myself, "You looser!" I am a looser, a looser of weight that is. I walked quickly by, got back to the office, chugged 2 cups of water and visualized my 6 pack waiting under this layer of fat waiting to make their presence to this world for summer of 2017.

Fell into that one last Friday. Like a rabbit musing as it's being consumed by a large snake, I thought "I knew I should have taken another route!" Luckily, we get another day to pick a different path.

I want a burger, too. Way to go with that discipline.

This is a tough day, I am obsessing over food a bit much today I think because I am tired. I just want to shove a peanut butter cookie in my mouth, close my eyes and chew slowly and wash it down with some Strawberry quick. I don't want a stinking carrot I want a cookie!

Same here, ches. I just finished eating something that was not even close to what I wanted. But I'm trying to keep things in check. Stay strong! :)

Talking with someone about the emotional end of the weight loss may be helpful to you. Your posts show depth, but lots of focus on the "goals" rather than the "now". I like to hear this side of you opening up more.

That's the recipe I used Ches, when the moving got easy I increased either the distance or the speed. I also varied speeds and/or added incline during each walk to keep my body from getting used to the pace.
