I must talk too much. I noticed that, after posting so many entries in the Group "Moderation Motivation", I got a message saying that FS was moderating the entries and they would be posted afterward, or something to that effect. I couldn't find any FAQ or Help telling me there was a limit, but apparently there is; my posts haven't shown up yet.
Finished my workout this evening. Tomorrow morning is an easy walk for 30 minutes. No problem there; just have to get my butt out of bed in the morning. My other half had chile con carne waiting on me when I got home. Didn't have the heart to tell her I would prefer to run before I ate a bowl; so I ran after eating chile with beans. Note to self, "Don't eat chile before you go running".
