Woe is me! 230.5 lbs. Haha; I laugh in the face of adversity! Hit me with your best shot! I wasn't surprised this morning, considering I went to a pizza buffet for a retirement luncheon yesterday, and celebrated my lack of control with Blueberry Pomegranate ice cream last night (well, it was light ice cream). LOL.
Got up this morning at about 6:00 - Yay! It's Saturday. Ran (really jogged) about 2.5 miles. All is well again. I will be busy this weekend. A trip to the bathroom and shower and all will be well again. I know I could get on the scales now and record a lower weight, but I'm not falling into that trap. It is what it is - when my feet first hit the floor in the morning.

I am sure it is temporary.... You surely couldn't have eaten 1,750 extra calories on top of your RDI ... Although pizza can be high ... Fingers crossed for your weigh in tomorrow

One day at a time is all it takes. Yesterday is overwith, today is the day...your day! Good jogging for you @ 2.5 miles, you are cruising along. Feels good to sleep in doesn't it, I didn't get up till 6:30 or so. Ahhh, one of the little pleasures of weekends!
