Woke at 205.4, up .2 from yesterday. I'll call that a win for the first day of vacation! UPDATE: Made it to our eventual destination, Bowling Green, Kentucky. Ate a massive chef salad and some BBQ on the way here. And then met friends and had a second dinner. I ate a Greek salad, but a pal talked me into a piece of pizza. It was good, but not great. I'm not missing it. Ended up at 2017 calories. Hotel has a nice workout center with a treadmill and an elliptical. I used the last 20 minutes that it was open tonight to do 10 minutes of TRUE HIIT on the elliptical... 4 minutes warm up and then ALL OUT for 30 seconds three times, separated by 90 seconds of walking. Hit 172 BPM on the sprints. Finished up with 10 minutes at 3 mph (at a 10 percent grade) on the treadmill. Let's see if the scale is kind tomorrow! UPDATE 2: Hotel manager said I can work out all night if I want (!) so I did another 30 minutes on the treadmill and got 9.2K steps and 5.25 miles.
