Woke at 205.8, up 2.2 from yesterday. A bit of water retention perhaps? I did eat a lot of bulk yesterday, although I topped out at 1859 calories. Finished 16:8 fasting at noon and ate a big lunch. I'm teaching a class for two days and so I ate my 600 calories earlier than I usually do and I'm skipping dinner instead. I photographed the salad I ate at lunch and discovered it was closer to 739 calories! No biggie, I thought, but I came in the door at 207.2 at 5:30 pm! I only got 5K steps in today as I was running late and had to grab a cab in the morning. Then my co-worker dropped me off at the bus stop after our class, so that's 1.5 miles lost... Will get 5K more steps on the treadmill after my radio show tonight. Hopefully, will be lighter in the morning! UPDATE: It's 10:30 and I'm not getting on the treadmill, so 3 miles is it for today. But I walked back and forth so much in the classroom that I burned 3000 calories anyway! That's good enough for today. Fasted since lunch so let's see how we do...
