After taking a month to get into 16:8 it's good to finally see some results although I know it's also because I haven't been as strict as I should have (calamari and chips for dinner yesterday). Didn't manage any exercise this week so will try to get back to 3 or 4 hours a week starting Monday. Will also try to keep my overall average kjs for the week to my limit if possible although the weekends are tough.
