A guitar student brought a small red snapper fresh from the ocean for me. It was delicious.

Calipers are saying I'm down, but scale puts me back where I was a couple of days ago. I've come to trust the math of CICO, though so many vilify it. It works for me. It's all I can say. I'm not looking for a debate. I like to think of it the way Dan John (Never Give Up) puts it. Everything works - for about six weeks.

186.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ha Ha Ha! God, I want some fish ... right now! It seems the only salmon we have here has been frozen than thawed out.

I don't know why, but lobster makes me turn green and forces me to lay on the couch. I avoid it. I love the flavour of lobster over crab, but I just can't eat it. Salmon tonight for sure.
