Hi guys! I did a bad, bad, bad thing today. I have been setting up a Mother's day thing for my Mother, I rented her a house about two acres from mine, she has been living in a camper next door to me for two years and while it's 35 feet long, it's still cramped living quarters. Our neighbors had made noise about renting out their hunting cabin but had never really attempted to rent it out. It's charming, spacious has a screened in back porch and it's in pristine condition. So! I told Mom two days ago and she was so excited that she has not been able to sleep. Today was phase 1 of moving day and I packed up her food and dishes and hauled them next door, next was her clothes, TV and computer. Hubby wasn't able to help because he had hired a guy to help him fence the big pasture at the front of the property and time is money, we gotta get another pasture fenced before the other two calves are weaned. So everyone is working hard and Mom decided to run to town for some coasters (the house is fully furnished with lovely wood tables) She came back with 4 pizzas to feed everyone. It was 6pm, well into my eating window and I was famished. I thought, well one piece won't hurt....yeah right, it's a TRIGGER FOOD! And she's off!!!! I ate 4 huge slices of pepperoni pizza and I am so bloated and gassy right now...I will have a carb hangover in the morning and I hope and pray I can fall right back into line and not have to go through all of those crappy cravings and binge control measures! She forgot that we weren't eating that stuff anymore, hubby is in the same shape I am, his tummy hurts. I did not go over my 1466 calorie limit, or eat outside of my eating window, but I do have a whopping 140 carbs today. Here's to hoping I work hard enough tomorrow to burn it off!

Go to bed, get up at 5 drink coffee, get dressed and start phase 2 of Moving Mom weekend :) no eating till 5 pm and I will make sure Mom does not go buy goodies because phase 2 also includes a nice housewarming steak and salad dinner which is already planned. I'll survive this, I just really feel yucky and sluggish. Drink lots of water, I swear I can see my fingers swelling already!

Debra don't worry abut it ...just a small teeny-tiny bump in the road....tomorrow you will be up and running just fine....it all falls in place which is call life. mom moved so now get the cows fenced in.

Interesting video Seeker, we will see what happens on Wed when I weigh in. I did not have bad dreams about eating and wake up with my pillow gone :) I actually slept quite well even though I did not wake up at 5 like I normally do, didn't hit the floor till 6. Not bloated anymore, I must be past the fermenting stage. Not sluggish and tired like I thought I would be. I was dreading the consequences of my actions more than I was willing to admit. I have no clue if I have kicked myself out of ketosis because I am out of stix. I have my coffee and no hunger this morning, I was expecting to be ravenous. Thank you Gr8lipz, Jimmi, Beijing2828, Fred, Smarty and Seeker for your input. I'm not guilt ridden and setting up for a beat-the-helloutta-Debbie day. Happy Mother's Day to all of you who are actually Mothers and the same to those of you who play the role of Mothers'. There are many of you who play that role for many people yet you are overlooked on the day dedicated to a mother's love because of a biological discrepancy. Hats off to you!

LMAO! Debra, that caught me off guard about eating your pillow! :o) Hats off to you for making this such a wonderful Mother's Day for your mom!! She has to be ecstatic! The cabin sounds absolutely lovely! You are the best daughter a mom could have!!!! Hugs!

Your doing just fine! Did it taste really good? Criteria #1=It doesn't have to be a huge amount, but when you have something special...it should taste amazing!! Don't waste a splurge on cardboard/tasteless/meh!! :) Happy Mothers Day !

The great part was the greasy, cheesey, gooey pepperoni goodness on the top, that crust was just a transportation device! LOL it had all the taste and flavor of cardboard, I should have just snarfed the topping and left the crust.....was too hungry at the time to think that far forward...it was only supposed to be one piece right? Mom is happy, I feel like I was beat with a stick from all of the furniture moving today. Even though the house is furnished, she still had to have all of her stuff. Getting ready to grill some steaks now. BTW, I got the growlies about 1pm, ignored them, drank water and it passed. Now I'm in my eating window, gonna do a quick fat bomb over here, then go grab some grub :) I made it!

oh; you are going to pay for that. last time i did something like that i was kicked out of ketosis and it took me 3or 4 days to get back in, and i felt like #%*** don't want to do that ever again

This evening I went ahead and did one made with coffee, I needed the caffeine boost. Mug of coffee, two tbsp coconut oil, tbsp butter, tbsp heavy whipping cream and a squirt of stevia, it's a 345 calorie one, I call it a medium bomb because I knew I have having an 8 oz ribeye and salad for dinner :) it fit in perfectly and kept me from starving while the steaks grilled. In reality Becca the thing they call Bullet proof coffee is just a liquid fat bomb, and quite tasty too.
