Good evening, FS Warriors! Don't ask me why this combination; I just figured everything in it would be good for me. No ice. I just blended the heck out of it and put it in one of those mason jars with a big straw, and voila. Looks disgusting. Surprisingly, it doesn't taste bad. It's kind of thick, but it's actually not a bad way to take in a bunch of veggies, that I wouldn't normally eat. I definitely don't eat avocados, and I am not normally going to eat all of the other things in the same day either. So, what's the purpose in all of this? I think it is to occupy myself with eating something filling, good for me, and something that keeps me from snacking - so far anyway. So far, so good. The flavor is not bad, but it takes some getting used to drinking something thick, green and kind of putrid looking.
Bunch of kale ½ medium onion 6 baby carrots ¼ Large Anaheim pepper 2 Roma Tomatoes 2 stalks of celery ½ avocado 2 cups water 1 teaspoon lite salt
I'm not going to get obsessed with the juicing/blending thing. I enjoy the smoothies in the morning as a good way to get protein and fruit. I need to eat my veggies, but this may be a bit much. Got to get in some kind of routine that works. Hope everyone is having a great week. Toodles!

I use a grape, spinach, avocado w green tea smoothie w a touch of raw honey and it's soooo good. The grapes r frozen and the tea is set in fridge overnight so it's perfect for a smoothie. U may not be able to do the grapes though if u r lchf.

Phil, I don't think my issues can compete with those of someone that has weekly weight fluctuations of 200 lbs.! Haha, I looked at your weight chart; there has to be a mistake there. :)

Dairy King just invented the new super diet that no one can argue with...the Hi fat / Hi carb / Hi protein diet, everyone is a winner LOL, nothing off limits as long as it is consumed in large quantities...hmm... I Think I was actually on that one for a while last year....didn't work out that well for me but...might sell a few books, for sure would make it onto Dr. Oz show.
