Happy Monday. I hit 3 of my down 5 pounds milestones in my bio in the month of April alone. What a great month. I relaxed on my LCHF strategy for a few days starting Thursday and had a whopping 300 grams of carbs on Friday. I am proud of myself, I put in the work and got the results. Time to hit it hard again with IF/LCHF starting today. Who knows. I wonder if I could hit one more milestone by month's end? I will give it a try.
Push forward warriors! You can do it.

I got a good workout tonight. Finally got back on the treadmill after 6 weeks. It feels really great to do sprints at a lower weight.
