CatHerder - is there info anywhere on what actually defines activity level? I am truthfully pretty darn sedentary but do work on adding activity via NEAT (another item I thank you for!) When I'm planning, I generally use the sedentary setting but it would be helpful to know a bit more detail on what would get me to the next level.
