Woke at 208.6, down .4 from yesterday. Calorie catch up is almost complete! Will eat about 1500 today. Have a great Thursday! UPDATE: Had a day full of delicious food, including an extra yogurt with my vitamins that put me over target by 69. Call the diet cops! :)
